On December 27, the Party Committee of Ben Thanh Corporation – One Member Limited Liability Company held the 2024 Annual Summary Conference and 2025 Task Implementation, marking the corporation’s 27th anniversary (December 26, 1997 – December 26, 2024). The conference was chaired by Mr. Phan Van Quang – Party Secretary and Chairman of the Members’ Council. The event was attended by executives, key officials of the Corporation, capital representatives, appointed personnel, and staff from the Corporation’s headquarters. According to reports presented at the conference, the total system-wide revenue was estimated at VND 30,832 billion, reflecting a 15.3% increase compared to the previous year. The system-wide pre-tax profit was estimated at VND 1,104 billion, marking a 42.2% increase year-over-year. The parent company’s revenue was estimated at VND 407.9 billion, up 21% from the previous year, while the parent company’s pre-tax profit reached VND 176.8 billion, a 12.9% increase compared to 2023. The Corporation initiated 49 emulation projects, recognized 100 innovative ideas, and commended six outstanding workers at the city level. It also took over and managed the Ho Tram Resort project, valued at nearly VND 600 billion, ensuring stable operations and development. Additionally, legal procedures were completed for obtaining wastewater treatment permits in the industrial park, improving service quality. All grassroots Party organizations successfully fulfilled their tasks, with 24 new Party members inducted. Employees and union members contributed VND 290.8 million to support communities affected by Typhoon Yagi. In his concluding remarks, Mr. Phan Van Quang emphasized the need to focus on achieving the 2025 business targets and finalizing the Corporation’s development goals for the Party Congress term 2025-2030. He also highlighted the importance of leadership in human resources, preparing for the shareholders’ meeting, and developing a high-quality mid-level management team.
