Implementing the Plan to reorganize and structure Ben Thanh Corporation – LLC, on March 4, 2025, the Board of Members of Ben Thanh Corporation held a ceremony to hand over the decision to merge the Office of the Board of Members and the Legal Department to establish the Office of the Board of Members and Legal Department of Ben Thanh Corporation.
Accordingly, after the merger, the Office of the Board of Members and Legal Affairs of Ben Thanh Corporation has the function of advising and assisting the Board of Members of the Corporation in performing the duties and powers of the Board of Members; at the same time advising and assisting the General Director in legal work.
At the ceremony, the Board of Members of Ben Thanh Corporation LLC issued a decision to appoint Ms. Bui Thi Thu Thuy – Director of Legal Affairs to the position of Chief of the Office of the Board of Members and Legal Affairs; appoint Ms. Truong Thi Thanh Luan, Deputy Chief of the Office of the Board of Members to the position of Deputy Chief of the Office of the Board of Members and Legal Affairs. The decisions take effect from March 1, 2025.
Comrade Phan Van Quang, Party Secretary – Chairman of the Board of Members of the Corporation, on behalf of the Board of Members, assigned tasks to the leaders of the Office. According to Mr. Quang, the merger and appointment of staff this time is an important step in consolidating and perfecting the staff of the Corporation, meeting the requirements of the Corporation’s tasks in the new situation, hoping that the appointed comrades will unite, maximize their capacity and responsibility to perform well the assigned tasks.
Speaking on receiving the task, Ms. Bui Thi Thu Thuy, Chief of the Office of the Board of Members and Legal Affairs, expressed her honor at being trusted and assigned new tasks, and at the same time will continue to study, improve expertise, promote the spirit of solidarity and responsibility to complete well the assigned tasks.
