On March 20, Ben Thanh Corporation organized the 2025 Office Workers Conference. Attending and chairing the conference were Mr. Phan Tan Thao – Acting General Director of the Corporation and Ms. Dang Kim Dung – Chairwoman of the Office Trade Union of the Corporation with the participation of 50 delegates.
The conference listened to the reports: Report on the results of production and business activities in 2024 and the 2025 Tasks of the Parent Company; Report on the implementation results of the 2024 Collective Labor Agreement; Report on the disclosure of the 2024 reward fund and welfare fund; Summary of contributions at the Trade Union Groups; Suggestions to supplement the 2025-2028 Collective Labor Agreement; Report on the activities of the Inspection Committee in 2024 and the 2025 Tasks; Electing the 2025 Dialogue Board and Launching the 2025 Emulation Movement.
The Trade Union Groups at the conference gave their opinions on the contents related to the reports in 2024 on the results of the implementation of the Collective Labor Agreement, the results of production and business activities; people’s inspection activities; training programs, activities to connect staff and the Trade Union’s activities in the new period.
Mr. Phan Tan Thao – Acting General Director of the Corporation acknowledged and satisfactorily answered the above opinions and the conference unanimously voted to approve. At the same time, Mr. Phan Tan Thao emphasized the focus on human resource development, rejuvenating the team; paying attention to and implementing many activities to connect staff in the whole system.
The conference elected 03 members to participate in the 2025 Dialogue Board and voted to approve the contents at the conference.
Speaking at the launch of the 2025 emulation movement, Ms. Dang Kim Dung – Chairwoman of the General Corporation’s Office Trade Union called on all officers, employees and workers to carry out the emulation movement well with the spirit of solidarity and the highest determination on the basis of creative thinking to contribute to the overall results, complete the targets of 2025 and continue to complete the tasks set out in the Resolution of the 5th Party Congress of the General Corporation for the 2020 – 2025 term.
