On April 16, Benthanh Group held a key officials’ conference to implement the personnel process concerning the appointment of a Deputy General Director, additional members for the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, and the Executive Committee of Benthanh Group for the 2020–2025 term. The conference also addressed the supplementation of leadership and management personnel planning for the Party Committee using internal human resources. The conference was chaired by Mr. Phan Van Quang – Party Secretary and Chairman of the Members’ Council; Mr. Tran Manh Ha – Standing Deputy Party Secretary; and Mr. Hoang Tam Hoa – Deputy Party Secretary and General Director.
The event was attended by Mr. Dang Phi Cong – Deputy Head of the District, Ward, and Departmental Affairs Division of the Organization Commission of the City Party Committee, along with members of the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee of the Party Committee, and the Members’ Council of Benthanh Group.
During the conference, the attendees were briefed on and approved the report on the review and supplementation of personnel planning for the positions of Deputy General Director, members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, and the Executive Committee of Benthanh Group for the 2020–2025 term. The process of personnel review and planning supplementation, the draft personnel planning proposal, the introduction of candidates for personnel planning, and the approval list for these positions were also discussed. The delegates voted on the reviewed and supplemented personnel for the Deputy General Director, Standing Committee members, and Executive Committee members for the 2020–2025 term.
At the conclusion of the conference, the leadership of Benthanh Group emphasized the importance of thoroughly studying the regulations, plans, and guidelines for implementing personnel planning review and supplementation. They also underscored the need to develop personnel planning for the 2025–2030 and 2026–2031 terms to ensure that the personnel planning process within the organization is carried out in strict compliance with the applicable regulations.
