In order to evaluate the results of the patriotic emulation movement of business units and emulation blocks, in weeks 1 and 2 of August 2025, the emulation blocks under Ben Thanh Group (“BTG”) held a conference to review the first 6 months of 2025. Block 4 – Real Estate Services and Industrial Production, including 7 units: Block Leader: Benthanh House JSC Deputy Block Leader: Bent Thanh GCC Members: Ben Thanh Material JSC; Benthanh House JSC; Coresco; Ben Thanh Services JSC (BTSC), Sapa Ben Thanh Aluminum Profiles Co., Ltd (Sapa BTG); Lidovit Trading and Industrial JSC. At the Conference, the emulation blocks reviewed the results of the first 6 months of the year and gave detailed opinions on the implementation of the topics and social activities, focusing on employees care such as improving working capacity and caring for disadvantaged workers./. .

As a part of training activities to improve the human resources quality in 2025, associated with the policy of implementing Resolution 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; on August 7 & 8, 2025, the training course “Application of GenAI to optimize processes in enterprises” was held at Benthanh Group’s Training Center for nearly 30 Capital Representatives, Assigned Cadres of Benthanh Group. The training course successfully provided a lot of practical knowledge and helping students keep up with AI trends: learning and practicing GenAI and AI Agent lesson.

On August 05, at the Head Office of Benthanh Group (“BTG”), the Board of Members announced Decision No. 81/QD-HDTV dated July 31, 2025 on the reappointment of Chief Accountant for Mr. Ngo Hoa, Secretary of the Finance – Accounting Party Cell, Chief Accountant to continue holding the position of Chief Accountant of BTG – One Member Limited Liability Company, the term of office is 5 years from August 3, 2025. The ceremony was attended by the Party Committee Standing Committee; Board of Members; Board of Directors and all Heads/Deputy Heads of Departments and sub-units of BTG. In the speech of tasks assignment, Mr. Phan Tan Thao – Deputy Secretary of the BTG’s Party Committee, Acting General Director – congratulated Mr. Ngo Hoa; at the same time expressed his belief that with his mettle, moral qualities and dedication to work, Mr. Ngo Hoa will continue to promote his spirit of solidarity, capacity, intelligence and experience to successfully complete his professional tasks in the future. Speaking on accepting the assignment, Mr. Ngo Hoa expressed his honor and deep gratitude for the attention and trust of the Board of Directors. He also showed full effort and determination to fulfill all the assigned role with high responsibility, accompany the organization to achieve the Benthanh Group’s 2025 business plan assigned by the City People’s Committee.

On July 31, the Benthanh Group (“BTG”)’s Party Committee held the Party Executive Committee Conference (expanded) – Reviewing the activities of the first 6 months of 2025 at Vien Dong Hotel (275A Pham Ngu Lao, Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City). Attending the conference were the Board of Director and key personnels of member companies. The conference introduced 07 new personnel to the positions of: Capital Representative, Assigned Cadres, Board of Supervisors at member companies with BTG’s capital contributions. Mr. Phan Tan Thao – BTG’s Deputy Secretary, Acting General Director reported at the conference: In the first 6 months of 2025, the BTG’s Party Committee has promoted the spirit of solidarity and dynamism, successfully completed the leadership in business production and Party developing mission. The total revenue of the system is estimated at 11,702 billion VND (32.9% of the plan), pre-tax profit reached 443 billion VND (47.9% of the plan), in which the industrial production sector recorded impressive growth. The holding company achieved revenue of 169.8 billion VND and pre-tax profit of 90 billion VND. BTG continues to effectively implement key projects such as the Ben Thanh – Ho Tram Resort project, the 71-79 Dong Khoi Hotel project, while accelerating preparations for equitization and restructuring. By the end of June 2025, 22/27 member companies had successfully organized the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The BTG’s Party Committee has seriously implemented the Central Resolution, consolidated the organization, improved the quality of cadres and party members; successfully organized the BTG’s 6th Party Congress (term 2025-2030) and transformed the organizational model of mass organizations according to the direction of superiors. Implementing the Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW signed on December 22, 2024 by the Politburo about “the breakthrough of science – technology development, innovation and national digital transformation”; together with the Directive No. 19/CT-UBND signed on December 31, 2024 by the City People’s Committee about “Focusing on arranging, organizing a lean – productive – efficient system and promoting digital transformation”; at the same time to keep up with the trend of approaching and gradually mastering AI technology, contributing to improving the efficiency and quality of office work, Ben Thanh Group (BTG) orients in 2025 Human Resource Development Training Program, in addition to the specific training module for each department, the general focus is understanding and effectively applying AI in the office work of each individual employee, department/division/affiliated units. The AI ​​training program will be organized for all Management level, Capital Representatives and Employees of department/division/affiliated units and company branchs. Therefore, on July 3 & 4, 2025, the first AI training class for Management level and planned personnel to be future middle management is successfully hold at the BTG’s Training Center.

On June 12, 2025, Ben Thanh Group (“BTG”) successfully organized The 6th Congress of the Party Committee’s Participants, term 2025 – 2030. Mr. Nguyen Van Dung – Member of City Party Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the City People’s Committee Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the HCMC People’s Committee attended and left a directing speech for the Congress. The Congress approved many important contents, determining the strategic vision and development direction in the new period. During the term of 2020-2025, despite being heavily impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and global economic – political fluctuations, the BTG’s Party Committee still successfully implemented the Congress Resolution including 13 key targets with 24 component targets. Total revenue increased by 5.3%/year, pre-tax profit increased by 9.9%/year. The holding company achieved outstanding results: revenue increased by 7.3%/year, pre-tax profit increased by 12.1%/year, profit/equity ratio reached 6.3%, affirming effective management and sustainable development. The BTG’s Party Committee has innovated its leadership methods, promptly implemented the regulations of the Central Committee and City Party Committee, and strengthened the quality of grassroots Party organizations. During the term, 125 new Party members were admitted, exceeding the plan by 104%. Ideological work, propaganda, inspection, supervision, mass mobilization and union activities were carried out synchronously and effectively, promoting the spirit of unity, spreading patriotic emulation movements, and taking good care of employees – especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Congress’s theme is “Building a united, dynamic and creative BTG’s Party Committee; continuing to innovate the leadership method of the Party organization; proactively restructuring, implementing multi-ownership of enterprises, improving the quality of human resources to meet the requirements and tasks in new journey.” In the term of 2025-2030, the Party Committee set out 13 key targets, including 05 targets on production – business and 08 targets on building Party Committee

On the morning of May 5, 2025, under the authorization of the HCMC Party Committee, The Board of Directors of Benthanh Group (“BTG”) has announced the Certificate of Retirement to Mr. Tran Manh Ha – Permanent Deputy Secretary of BTG’s Party Committee. The ceremony was attended by the Board of Directors and all staff, employees at the headquarter. Mr. Tran Manh Ha has devoted many years of commitment and dedication to Party work at BTG, playing an important role in implementing Party resolutions and directives, building a strong internal political system and contributing to BTG’s sustainable development strategy amid increasing economic integration. In the coming period, to ensure a stable transition and to effectively implement the preparations for the Party Congress of the Corporation, Mr. Tran Manh Ha will continue to participate in the advisory role for the Party Secretary (Mr. Phan Van Quang) in Party building work, promoting his experience and enthusiasm to support the Standing Committee to successfully complete its tasks. According to the Certificate of Retirement (No.: 2550-QĐ/TU), Mr. Tran Manh Ha will officially retire on May 1, 2025.
