On March 4, 2024, Mr. Phan Van Quang (Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Members), Mr. Tran Manh Ha (Standing Deputy Party Secretary), Mr. Hoang Tam Hoa (Deputy Party Secretary and General Director), along with all corporate office staff attended the flag ceremony and personnel decision announcement. The ceremony aimed to finalize the organizational structure and ensure proper functions and responsibilities for each department, while empowering direct supervision by department heads and deputies. The Corporation’s leadership announced the following decisions:
– Mr. Lam Dung Tien stepped down from his position as Deputy General Director of the Corporation at his personal request, effective March 1, 2024.
– Mr. Vu Dinh Quan (Deputy General Director) was relieved of his concurrent position as Director of Investment and Development Department, and Mr. Pham Hoang Nam (Deputy General Director) was relieved of his concurrent position as Director of Binh Chieu Industrial Park Branch, both effective March 1, 2024
– Mr. Tran Xuan Anh was relieved as Director of Internal Audit Department effective March 1, 2024, and appointed as Assistant to General Director and concurrent Director of Binh Chieu Industrial Park Branch for a five-year term, effective March 1, 2024.
– Ms. Bui Thi Thu Thuy, Director of the Legal Department, was appointed as concurrent Chief of Office of the Board of Members for a five-year term, effective March 1, 2024.
– Ms. Huynh Thi Phuong Linh, Deputy Director of the Internal Audit Department, was assigned to manage and operate the Internal Audit Department from March 1, 2024, to December 31, 2025.
– Mr. Dinh Lenh Duong, Deputy Director of the Investment and Development Department, was assigned to oversee general activities of the Investment and Development Department from March 1, 2024, to December 31, 2025.
At the ceremony, Mr. Lam Dung Tien, former Deputy General Director, congratulated all newly appointed officials and expressed his gratitude to the leadership and staff for their cooperation during his tenure.
