In July 2025, Benthanh Group (“BTG”)’s Trade Union had many practical activities on the occasion of 96th Anniversary of Vietnamese Trade Union’s Establishment Date (July 28, 1929 – July 28, 2025) and welcoming the success of the BTG’s Party Committee’s Participants Congress, term 2025 – 2030.
Specific activities including: Donating 66 stone benches worth VND 42,768,000 to employees in 05 affiliated units for their resting purpose between shifts; supporting on house repair and handing over 01 completed house (called “Union Home”) to an employee as security guard working in Binh Chieu Industrial Park, which the total repair cost is VND 50,000,000; proposing solution for 85 disadvantaged condition union members that possibly go to work by Metro public transportation with monthly tickets issued by HCMC Metro HURC.
On this occasion, the affiliated unions also gave gifts to all union members, coordinated with company employers to organize “union meals” at the unit with many delicious and quality dishes among heartwarming atmosphere between colleages; also Plaza Hotel Co., Ltd’s Trade Union organized a Sport Festival with 05 sports which was responded to and actively participated by more than 100 union members. These are meaningful activities to take care of employee’s health and spirit to improve labor productivity and are one of the factors that help union members, employees strengthen their trust in trade union and develop more commitment to the business organization./.
