On July 25, the Members’ Council of Benthanh Group held a ceremony to announce and present decisions on the appointment and dismissal of Capital Representatives and Appointed Officials at its member enterprises.
The ceremony was attended by members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Members’ Council, the Board of General Directors, Heads and Deputy Heads of Departments and Units of Benthanh Group, along with the appointed officials and capital representatives at member enterprises.
During the event, 31 capital representatives and appointed officials received their appointment decisions for the following member enterprises:

- Benthanh Non Nuoc Tourism Joint Stock Company
- Tan Binh Export Business Production Joint Stock Company
- Hoc Mon Trading Joint Stock Company
- Saigon Auto Joint Stock Company
On this occasion, Benthanh Group also presented flowers in appreciation to three capital representatives and appointed officials who had successfully completed their tenures.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Phan Van Quang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Members’ Council, congratulated the newly appointed capital representatives and officials, expressing confidence in their integrity, dedication, and professional expertise. He emphasized the importance of solidarity, competence, intelligence, and experience in successfully fulfilling their responsibilities at their respective enterprises.
