On April 11, the Q1/2024 briefing for Party Cell Secretaries was held at the headquarters of Benthanh Group. Comrade Tran Manh Ha, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Corporation, presided over the conference.
During the event, Comrade Truong To Hoa, former Member of the Inspection Committee of the Corporation’s Party Committee, and Comrade Nguyen Thanh Binh, Head of the Inspection Committee of Benthanh Service Joint Stock Company’s Party Committee, were honored with the commemorative medal for their significant contributions “For the Cause of the Party’s Inspection,” awarded by the Central Inspection Committee.
At the conference, the Chief of the Party Committee Office provided an overview of key Party activities, including personnel additions to the Corporation’s Party Committee Inspection Committee, appointments within grassroots Party committees, and the establishment of four new subordinate Party cells under the Benthanh Group Party Committee. Notable office-related matters emphasized included the safeguarding of state secrets, Party financial management, proper documentation of meeting minutes, archival procedures, and the use of official seals. Regarding inspection and supervision, grassroots Party committees were urged to swiftly develop their 2024 inspection and supervision programs and to ensure alignment with the oversight agenda set forth by the Corporation’s Party Committee Standing Committee and Inspection Committee. Adequate preparations should be made for upcoming inspections, while ongoing monitoring must be maintained throughout the year. Additionally, a review of the key targets set by the congress resolution at the beginning of the term was advised to facilitate the formation of subcommittees in preparation for the 2025–2030 Party Congress. In the domains of propaganda and mass mobilization, continued implementation of Plan No. 1068-KH/DU (dated February 22, 2024) concerning the study and application of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality, and style in 2024 was reaffirmed. Further execution of Plan No. 1101-KH/DU (dated March 25, 2024) for the mid-term review of the three-year implementation of Plan No. 354-KH/DU (dated November 15, 2021) by the Corporation’s Party Committee Standing Committee, in accordance with Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, was also underscored. This plan includes commendation for outstanding collectives and individuals in the study and application of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology from May 19, 2021, to May 19, 2024. Additionally, compliance with Official Dispatch No. 1069-CV/DU (dated February 22, 2024) regarding the leadership of labor conferences and dialogues in 2024 was highlighted. On organizational matters, reminders were issued regarding procedural adherence for Party membership admissions and confirmations. The proper filing of annual evaluations and classifications of Party members, the enhancement of Party meetings, and the review and supplementation of planning for the Party executive committees for the 2020–2025 and 2025–2030 terms were also stressed. Internal political security, Party organization, and new personnel appointments were additional focal points.
During the latter part of the conference, Party affairs received substantial input from various sectors, including:

- Tourism Services: Benthanh Tourist Services JSC, among others.
- Real Estate Services: Nhu Ngoc Import-Export Production and Trading JSC, Benthanh Tourist Services JSC, among others.
In his concluding remarks, Comrade Tran Manh Ha underscored the necessity of reviewing and updating personnel planning for the Party executive committees for the 2020–2025 and 2025–2030 terms, as well as preparations for the 2025–2030 Party Congress. He also emphasized the importance of timely and compliant Party admissions, confirmations, and transfers; the organization of Party cell and Party committee meetings; thematic discussions; and ensuring high-quality and properly regulated Party affairs.
