In July 2025, Benthanh Group (“BTG”)’s Trade Union had many practical activities on the occasion of 96th Anniversary of Vietnamese Trade Union’s Establishment Date (July 28, 1929 – July 28, 2025) and welcoming the success of the BTG’s Party Committee’s Participants Congress, term 2025 – 2030. Specific activities including: Donating 66 stone benches worth VND 42,768,000 to employees in 05 affiliated units for their resting purpose between shifts; supporting on house repair and handing over 01 completed house (called “Union Home”) to an employee as security guard working in Binh Chieu Industrial Park, which the total repair cost is VND 50,000,000; proposing solution for 85 disadvantaged condition union members that possibly go to work by Metro public transportation with monthly tickets issued by HCMC Metro HURC. On this occasion, the affiliated unions also gave gifts to all union members, coordinated with company employers to organize “union meals” at the unit with many delicious and quality dishes among heartwarming atmosphere between colleages; also Plaza Hotel Co., Ltd’s Trade Union organized a Sport Festival with 05 sports which was responded to and actively participated by more than 100 union members. These are meaningful activities to take care of employee’s health and spirit to improve labor productivity and are one of the factors that help union members, employees strengthen their trust in trade union and develop more commitment to the business organization./. To celebrate the 135th Anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s Birthday (May 19th, 1890 – May 19th, 2025) and welcome 2025 Workers’ Month, Benthanh Group’s Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (“BTG’s HCYU”) organized a series of activities to reward the outstanding BTG’s HCYU members in 2024, introduce BTG’s HCYU new members and attend extracurricular activities at the Museum of Special Force Saigon – Gia Dinh. On May 17, 2025 the event is held at the BTG Head Office and the Museum of Special Force Saigon – Gia Dinh, including. The event began with a rewarding activities for the outstanding members and introducing 04 BTG’s HCYU new members, and then moving to the next part with extracurricular activities at the Museum of Special Force Saigon – Gia Dinh. The event was attended by the BTG’s BOD and all members of BTG’s HCYU. This is the important event, not only to embrace national pride but also to enhance the unity among BTG’s HCYU members. Through this event, the BTG’s HCYU members have learned and consolidated the heroic historical tradition, patriotism and indomitable will of our people through all the fight and defense for the country; enhancing patriotism and national pride, embrace a bonding connection between all members of BTG’s HCYU.

On April 18 and 19, 2025, at BTG’s Conference – “The Patriotic Emulation Movement Closing in 2024 and Targets Deployment in 2025”, BTG’s Trade Union rewarded 20 member company’s trade unions for excellent emulation projects in 2024. Launched and implemented from April to December 2024, there’re totally 49 emulation projects were registered, aiming to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2025) and this is also a typical example about learning and following Ho Chi Minh’s Philosophy. Among which, there are 3 emulation projects of  BTG’s Trade Union and 46 emulation projects of member company’s trade unions. The number of emulation projects increased by 63% compared to last year. The results honored 47/49 emulation projects, completed with many quality contents such as: “Crossing waves – Reaching further” Project of BenThanh Tourist’s Trade Union contributed 39.5 billion VND in revenue; “Achieving targets before 60 days” Project of Ben Thanh House’s Trade Union; Project on developing the “Low Carbon” Idea to save costs and protect the environment of Sapa Ben Thanh’s Trade Union; “Lighting up the country roads” Project of Savico’s Trade Union; “Supporting on preparing Union members’ houses” Project of Ben Thanh Material’s Trade Union; “Organic vegetable garden serving customers” Project of SOSA’s Trade Union; “Meals for children” Collaborating Project of Sofitel Plaza’s Trade Union and Saigon Riverside’s Trade Union… At the end, the Standing Committee of the BTG’s Trade Union encourages member companies to keep on supporting the Patriotic Emulation Movement in 2025 by submitting more projects, and at the same time executes a big project of “Greening-up Emerrald Ho Tram Resort” by Each member company contributing a tree” with total value up to 24 million VND./. On December 7, the Veterans Association of Benthanh Group organized a ceremony to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 – December 22, 2024)

On the morning of December 6, 2024, the Party Cell of Ben Thanh – Non Nuoc Tourism Joint Stock Company held a ceremony to admit two new Party members: comrade Hoang Duc Vu, Restaurant Supervisor, and comrade Le Thi Thanh Thao, Head of Housekeeping at Sandy Beach Resort. Both comrades have been dedicated employees, outstanding individuals, and have successfully fulfilled their professional responsibilities at the company

On November 11, the Party Committee of Benthanh Group solemnly held a ceremony to present the 30-Year Party Membership Badge to two comrades of the Party Committee of Saigon General Service Corporation (Savico).

On November 8, 2024, the Party Committee of Benthanh Group held a ceremony at the headquarters of Hoc Mon Trading Joint Stock Company to present decisions on the appointment of the Party Committee Secretary and Deputy Secretary.
