Benthanh Group was established by the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee to manage the capital of enterprises under the administration of District 1’s People’s Committee. Operating under the Parent-Subsidiary model, Benthanh Group invests in and contributes capital to enterprises across various sectors, including tourism, Commercial, office and serviced apartment leasing, and industrial manufacturing. Among these, tourism services, Commercial services, and office/apartment leasing services are the core business areas.
Ben Thanh TSC, formerly known as Ben Thanh General Trading Company, was established in 1992. Over 30 years of operation, the company has maintained a strong market presence and continuously spread positive values to the community. Creativity is the guiding principle behind all activities at Ben Thanh TSC, forming the foundation for its proactive breakthroughs and pioneering position in the new era.
Founded in 2015, Benthanh House operates in Vietnam's real estate sector, focusing on diverse business activities, primarily real estate development and services.
Originally established as the District 1 Housing Trading Company in 1993 under Decision No. 184/QĐ-UB issued by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, CORESCO specializes in housing trading, residential and public project construction, interior design, and building materials trading. It became a member of Bến Thành Group in 1997 and transitioned to its current name in 2000, demonstrating a solid commitment to real estate development.
The predecessor of NAM A IMPORT-EXPORT FOOTWEAR JOINT STOCK COMPANY was PHU NHUAN RUBBER PLASTIC IMPORT-EXPORT COMPANY, founded in 1984. In 1992, the company changed its name to NAM A MEN'S FOOTWEAR IMPORT-EXPORT COMPANY. In 2004, the company underwent privatization and was renamed NAM A MEN'S FOOTWEAR IMPORT-EXPORT JOINT STOCK COMPANY.
In line with the development direction of the City and Phu Nhuan District, since 2015, the company has ceased manufacturing operations and shifted its focus to financial investment, real estate business, and leasing offices and apartments.
