It became a member of Bến Thành Group in 1997 and transitioned to its current name in 2000, demonstrating a solid commitment to real estate development.
The predecessor of NAM A IMPORT-EXPORT FOOTWEAR JOINT STOCK COMPANY was PHU NHUAN RUBBER PLASTIC IMPORT-EXPORT COMPANY, founded in 1984. In 1992, the company changed its name to NAM A MEN'S FOOTWEAR IMPORT-EXPORT COMPANY.
