On March 29, Benthanh Group held the 2024 Conference of Employees from the Head Office Division. The conference was attended and chaired by Mr. Hoang Tam Hoa \u2013 Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of Benthanh Group, and Ms. Dang Kim Dung \u2013 Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union of the Head Office, along with 60 delegates.<\/span><\/p>\n

The conference reviewed reports on business performance in 2023 and directions for 2024, the implementation of the 2023 Collective Labor Agreement, the disclosure of the reward fund, welfare fund, and trade union fund for 2023, the summary of feedback from Trade Union units, suggestions for amendments to the 2022\u20132025 Collective Labor Agreement, and the report on the activities of the People\u2019s Inspection Committee in 2023 and its action plan for 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the conference, all eight Trade Union units provided feedback on matters related to Benthanh Group\u2019s equitization plan, reports on the implementation of the Collective Labor Agreement, business performance results in 2023, the activities of the People\u2019s Inspection Committee, employee training programs, engagement activities for staff, and future initiatives by the Trade Union and Youth Union.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mr. Hoang Tam Hoa acknowledged and satisfactorily addressed the comments raised, which were subsequently approved through voting. At the same time, he emphasized the importance of accelerating the restructuring plan, focusing on human resource development and rejuvenation, and enhancing employee engagement across the entire system.<\/span><\/p>\n

The conference elected three members to the 2024 Dialogue Committee and voted to approve all discussed matters.<\/span><\/p>\n
