On January 23rd 2019, at Benthanh Group’s office, Benthanh Group, the investor of Binh Chieu Industrial Park and Marubishi Summit Viet Nam Company Ltd., signed the principal contract to rent a built-to-suit factory at lot A6 in Binh Chieu Industrial Park, Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The ceremony welcomed representatives of HEPZA: Mr. Huynh Phuc Nguyen Thinh – Vice manager of Enterprise Management Division, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc – Vice manager of Investment Management Division and Benthanh Group leaders: Mr. Phan Van Quang – Chairman, Mr. Nguyen Binh Minh – General Director, Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong Giang – Vice General Director and Marubishi Summit Viet Nam leaders: Mr. Uchida Junichi – General Director, Mr. Onodera Takahiro – General Manager, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuan – Administration Manager.
Marubishi Summit Viet Nam is current partner at Binh Chieu Industrial Park and specializes in manufacturing leather furniture for cars and medical equipments. Two-floor factory is an investment project based on a new business model of Binh Chieu Industrial Park which will bring new values for customers and business community.
From 2019 to 2022, Binh Chieu Industrial Park continues to develop this model on 12,25 hectare of land and concentrates to attract companies on: high-tech, mechanical engineering, automobile industry, electronics, information technology, industry support for the above industries, pharmaceuticals, food processing, e-commerce and logistics.
